※ Depending on date or time, whenever a private game reservation has been made, business hours will be wholly catered to the private game
※ “Free” Open games are indicated on our [Reservation] page as per stated only. Anyone can participate in our [“Free” Open games] , do stop by after work!
※ Our max capacity is 30 persons. We may refuse entry to players in an event that we are at max capacity. We thank you for your understanding.

※In the event of a private reservation, “Free” open games will not be held. Please check our reservation schedule before dropping by. “Free” Open game events will be announced on thursday, 1 week before.

What is a “Free” open game?

A [“free” open game] is an event where anyone, starting from even just 1 person can feel “FREE” to join.

Can beginners join?

ASOBIBA greatly welcomes all beginners! We will teach you how to use your rental equipment, rules of the game & even a brief lecture on how to play, all for free! Feel free to join!

Standard Operational hours & pricing for Private reservations (Per person)

Weekday
- Night (6.0hr) 16:00~22:00 : \4,000
- Night (4.0hr) 18:00~22:00 : \3,000
Weekend
- Afternoon 9:00~15:00 : \4,000
- Night 16:00~22:00 : \4,000

※Minimum players required: 15 persons
※Example：Private reservation on a Weekday night 18:00-22:00 15 players means　¥3,000×15person＝¥45,000
※Even without 15 players, field usage is possible by paying the minimum guarantee fee of 15 players.

Regarding Private Reservations

We take reservations on weekdays, weekend within operation hours.
For reservations where only beginners are involved, a game master (facilitator) has to be hired for a fee of ¥5000 , please feel free to discuss with us.
However, beginner’s lecture will be free of charge.

Please NOTE

<“Free” Open games>noted on our schedule is not open to Private reservations.
Private reservations is for 15 players and above. Maximum recommended capacity is 30 players.
For reservations of below the minimum required 15 players, paying the minimum charge for the minimum required players for usage is also possible.
We do not accept tentative reservations.
When placing a reservation, your name or your team’s name will appear on our public schedule.
Cancellations within 1 month of the reservation will result in a cancellation charge of the minimum reservation charge.
Changes in the number of players on the day is possible ( Charges will apply on the day itself in accordance to changes in number of players)
