Q：Is it possible to take a tour of the place?
A：Of course! However only within operation hours in respect to the field. If you do happen to visit, do feel free to speak to our staff at the reception desk.
Q：Is there space to change clothes?
A：There are individual changing rooms provided. (Some branches have only female changing rooms)
Q：Can we rent batteries for our gun？
A：Some of our fields do, some don’t , please contact the respective field to confirm.
Q：Is it possible to use only the shooting range？
A：It differs from branch to branch, please contact the respective field to inquire.
Q：Please tell me how to make a reservation
A：At each branch’s individual page, click [ Make a reservation ] at the top right side of the page. If you are still unsure, feel free to drop any branch a call!
Q：Please tell me the terms of usage agreement.
A：Please refer to our「Regulation」page, please be sure to check it before you come down.
Q：Is there a parking lot?
A：It differs from branch to branch, do check the respective branch’s page.
Q：Do you have rental shoes?
A：Only at our store in ODAIBA VENUS FORT, we do not rent shoes at our other branches.
【OPEN GAME】
Q：What is OPEN game?
A：「OPEN game」is an event that anyone can join, starting with 1 player.
「OPEN game」is written on respectively on our schedule.
The game will happen with the players gathered on the day.
Q：Can beginners join?
A：ASOBIBA welcomes all beginners! Don’t worry as we will teach you everything from how to operate your rental equipment, basic rules of Survival game (Air soft) to even basic training.
Q：Can I join the game alone?
A：Of course！Do approach our staff if you still feel uncertain or unsure, we’ll join the game with you!
Q：Is it ok for women to join alone？
A：Of course, no problem！
Q：I can’t make it for the starting time. Can I still join if I am late?
A：No problem! However do take note that prices will not change.
Q：Can I join without making a reservation?
A：Yes you can! However it depends on the number of players on that day, do drop us a call before you drop by.
Q：Is there discounts for weekdays?
A：Depending on the branch you visit, we have「Beginner’s discount」「ladies discount」「Office worker’s discount」. Please visit our branch’s individual page for more information.
Q：What is the maximum number of players?
A：It varies from field to field
Q：How will the game progress?
A：Our staff will be the game master who will manage the games for the day.
Q：Beside the entry fee, are there any other extra charges?
A：Only if you are renting equipment from us, rental fee varies from equipment to equipment. Please check our branch’s individual page. Also you will be required to purchase your own BB pellets.
Q：Is there any cancellation fee involved for OPEN GAMES?
A：No cancellation fee will occur for OPEN GAMES.
【Private reserved games】
Q：What are the items provided for Private reserved games?
A：Coloured tags※, timer, flags、counters are provided free of charge.
※For defining teams during game play
Q：From how many players can we book a Private reservation?
A：Depending on the branch you are interested in, there is a「Minimum requirement for amount of players」that you have to gather, or if you pay the fee for the minimum amount of players, any number of players is possible！For more information, please visit our branch’s individual page.
Q：Besides the entry fee, are there any other extra charges？
A：Only if you are renting equipment from us, rental fee varies from equipment to equipment. Please check our branch’s individual page. Also you will be required to purchase your own BB pellets.
Q：I’m a beginner who has never played survival game, however I would like to play a private reserved game, will you teach me the rules and how to play?
A：Of course! We will give you a brief lecture on everything you need to know, starting from how to use an air soft gun, safety measure to prevent injuries, game rules, how to play, to game types and variations. Aside from how to manage a game, do feel free to approach our staff if you have any other questions in mind.
Q：We are beginners. Is there anyone who can help manage our games?
A：We do provide game masters (staff who manages games) for any extra charge, please do let us know beforehand when doing a booking. You can also discuss with our staff on the day itself, however it will be depend on the availability of manpower on that day, so do let us know beforehand!
Q：Can we rent the field for other purposes aside from Survival game?
A：Depending on the request, it is possible! Feel free to discuss with us.
Q：Is there a cancellation fee for private reserved games?
A：If the cancellation is within 1 month of the reserved date, you will have to pay a cancellation fee equal to the minimum booking fee.
However if the cancellation is more than 1 month of the reserved date, there will be no charges.
【Others】
Q：Is shooting glasses allowed?
A：No, according to our field’s Terms of use (Regulation), your entire face must be protected if you are to participate in any game. Therefore here are the types of shooting glasses that are not allowed.
1．There are gaps between the lenses and the eye area, the surrounding of the lenses are not covered in sponge or rubber seals and do not provide good seal-age between the face and the glasses.
2．The temple areas are not fastened by rubber bands, possibility of the glasses falling out whilst looking down or with vigorous movement.
These are the kinds of shooting glasses that are not allowed.
Q：Is photography allowed?
A：Of course! We would be happy if you could also share them on Facebook or Twitter
Q：Is it possible to get a picture taken with my teammates?
A：Of course, feel free to approach our staff anytime!
Q：Is cash the only form of payment?
A：Yes, we only accept cash, at the moment we do not accept credit cards.
